I heard the series started awesome and that Carly’s story really affected a lot of people. As with the story of Hosea and Gomer, and with Carly, our heart gets stolen so often because of lies. I think it’s been a great place to start, and I hope everyone will continue on this journey to expose how our heart gets stolen away from God.
This week I spoke at a youth conference to a group of young adults, and was able to speak at 3 different churches. Tonight I am getting ready to go have dinner with some pastor friends from Hillsong Church, and tomorrow I'll be speaking at the college ministry of C3 church called "Change". Thursday I fly to Adelaide to spend some time with my friend JD. I’ll speak to the pastors of that city on Friday morning, and we are doing a city-wide gathering on Friday night. On Saturday I’ll fly to Perth and speak at Riverview church on the weekend, and begin the journey back home Monday morning, arriving Monday night in Portland.
I love being in Australia for so many reasons.:
First, God speaks to me so much when I’m here, differently from when I am home.
Second, I get to be in a serving capacity rather than leading, and I love that.
Third, I get to meet and spend time with very close friends in a country that I feel very connected to.
Fourth, it allows so many opportunities for people back home (like Carly and Michelle) to speak at Living Hope Church.
Although I love being away at different times, my first responsibility and calling is to be home, and I look forward to getting back.
Continue to allow God to speak to your heart, and allow him to expose what steals your heart from Him. Love pirates is real.

Andrew and Sue Cooper | February 13th Hi John, Sue and I met you for a few moments after the city wide Victory Church (Adelaide) meeting on Friday 12th had just finished. We were very impacted by your humility, message and love for humanity be it in Haiti, India or Adelaide. In 1993, we too had visited India in Jaipur and Varanassi on the Ganges and were shocked at what we witnessed then; your video that night was a stark reminder of conditions and health endured. The people of Adelaide the City of Churches), is certinly being prepared for a great awakening and revelation of God through the willing servants who stand steadfastly in unity and faith to prepare for that time. Sue and I with our children, arrived in Adelaide 3 years ago from the UK as the Lord closed one season and opened the next with a specific purpose to serve Him and reach out to souls in Southern Adelaide, hence our involvement and joining with Marty and Carrie at Impact Church. Renee | February 12th While we were in the annointing of worship in a most awesome way, God spoke to me and said "He is the God of all seasons, he does not come and go, he is there always". Of course I couldn't wait to look up everything on "Seasons", WOW! How amazing God's love is for us...his children. I looked up everything in the bible, in the "Websters, dictionary", peoples personal views on seasons, and even Pastor blogs. God is truely the God of all seasons!!! Seasons to me meant elements that change around you, if it is the weather then you prepare according to what is to come (that can be taken so many ways". I've sensed for awhile now that God is going to do some amazing things for the church....not like we have ever seen...it is truely a spiritual revival to awaken all Gods children, he loves us so very much, but as you said....it is time for the Christians to take their rightful place on this earth to put God's mighty love and grace to work. He is raising up his warriors for the seasons of change that will come. |

We allow the devil to speak lies into our lives, then react to those lies with bad behavior. Thankfully God (like Hosea) is always willing to redeem us from the auction.
